About MapleEase
Our Story
Meet Johanna Dingwall, the visionary behind MapleEase Landscape Design and Consultation. With a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from McGill University, Johanna's academic journey instilled in her a profound understanding of ecological principles and the wonders of the natural world.
After several years working in environmental research at the Geological Survey of Canada, Johanna embarked on a new chapter in Nova Scotia, where she pursued a diploma in Horticulture at NSCC, fueling her passion for the living landscape as she began working in the landscaping industry.
With over 13 years of expertise spanning garden centers, garden design, and landscaping, Johanna's journey led her back to Ottawa, where she took a detour into the residential renovation industry. As a project manager at Grassroots Design & Build for over a decade, she delighted in guiding clients through interior transformations, yet the call of the outdoors persisted.
Now, as the driving force behind MapleEase, Johanna is committed to forging personal connections with clients and delivering bespoke solutions for their outdoor spaces. Join her on a journey to rediscover the beauty and serenity of your surroundings.
